Christy Long-Owner/Therapist

Christy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with a master's degree from Utah Valley University in social work and earning a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling.  Christy is licensed to provide services in Idaho and Utah. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)  and uses it in working with adults, adolescents and children to treat PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction and general mental health.  She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families, to help them overcome hardship and reduce pain and suffering.  Christy serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee on the Association of Utah Substance Abuse Professionals board. She has extensive training in addiction recovery, supporting individuals and families through the recovery process. 

Christy enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
