I'm Christy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I know that life can bring many challenges—challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. I hold a master’s degree in social work from Utah Valley University and a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. I’m licensed to provide services in both Idaho and Utah, and I specialize in using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support individuals, adolescents, and families through PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and other mental health struggles.
My approach is centered on meeting you where you are, with empathy, respect, and the understanding that healing is a journey. I have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate hardship, reduce pain, and ultimately find peace and resilience.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the President Elect on the Association of Utah Substance Abuse Professionals board, and I have extensive training in addiction recovery. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful and transformative the recovery process can be, and I’m deeply committed to walking alongside you and your loved ones through it.
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors and with my family—experiences that remind me of the importance of connection, self-care, and balance in life. I'm here to support you, and together, we can work toward building a healthier, more fulfilling future.
